By accessing our storefront, browsing collections, or placing an order with Kylucci Atelier ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Business and all related policies.
2. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an automatic Order Confirmation email containing your order reference and receipt. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, unauthorized stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the UK storefront are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Payment must be made at the time of checkout via authorized cards or mobile wallets.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, photography, graphic trademarks, lookbook editorials, and text on kylucci.store are the exclusive intellectual property of Kylucci Atelier and protected under international copyright laws.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and all contracts formed through this storefront are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
