At Kylucci Atelier, all dresses are eligible for return within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact our Client Concierge at support@kylucci.store or through our Contact page before sending your return. Our team will communicate the return destination and instructions to you directly.

Once your returned dress has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the garment purchase price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We do not deduct restocking or handling fees from the garment refund.

Each dress is tailored to celebrate the female silhouette with an engineered contour cut. Refer to our measurement table to select your ideal fit.
