What is the crafting and processing time?
Crafting and atelier preparation generally take 2 to 4 business days before dispatch.
Can I modify my order after confirmation?

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
All dresses are eligible for return within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Garments must be unworn, in original condition with tags intact. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

When will I be refunded?
Once received and inspected, a full refund of the garment purchase price is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
